Let’s face it, drivers want to know they're picking up passengers they can count on. Through the Innovation Hub, many of you told us the same thing: better visibility into passenger behaviour would make accepting jobs less of a gamble.
That’s where Passenger Reliability comes in. This feature highlights regular, reliable passengers based on booking history giving drivers greater confidence and peace of mind when accepting work.
As an operator, you can even define how many bookings a customer needs to be marked as "reliable," helping you reward loyalty and reduce wasted journeys.

With stricter rules on mobile device use being enforced globally, drivers need safer, smarter ways to secure work without distractions. That’s where Autobid comes in.
Designed as a driver-first feature, Autobid allows drivers to set their job preferences and automatically bid for work they’re interested in, completely hands-free. It’s a simple way to keep drivers focused on the road while still giving them control over the jobs they accept.
Operators remain in control, with the ability to enable or disable Autobid and apply restrictions to certain parameters if needed.
The result? A safer, more efficient way to keep drivers moving and jobs allocated fairly.
