What Happened in Vegas… Mobilize 2025

Every industry event leaves you with something, a new idea, a sharper perspective, a reminder of where the market is heading. But every so often, there’s an event that shifts an industry’s momentum.

That’s what happened in Vegas at Mobilize 2025.

Mobilize was a live demonstration of how quickly the North American market is evolving and why Autocab’s technology will be at the centre of the change.

The zTrip milestone

If there was one topic everyone wanted to discuss in Vegas, it was our partnership with zTrip – the largest taxi fleet operator in the US.

For Autocab, this is a milestone that validates years of product investment and validation of our long-term belief that US fleets deserve world-class dispatch technology built for growth.

As our Chief Operating Officer, Mike Russell, put it during the event:

“The partnership with zTrip is hugely important for us. We are growing strongly in North America… and zTrip is widely recognised as one of the real leaders in that market through its innovation and its growth.”

What resonated most with fleets was the spirit of the partnership built on openness and joint ambition.

The ‘go live’ in Las Vegas was a great example of what happens when two ambitious organisations align: a smooth and succinct transition that will be replicated across other zTrip territories in the US.

Scaling for North America

One of the biggest talking points during Mobilize was Autocab’s investment in the development work that gives fleets the confidenceto scale. The Autocab differentiator that gets results without the headlines.

Mike summarised it well:

“The system now will run with 20,000 drivers on it on a single instance, which makes us pretty unique in the market.”

For many operators, that number stopped them in their tracks. Reliability at that scale is a direct answer to one of the biggest concerns facing North American fleets: the business outgrowing the technology.

And while scalability impressed, connectivity stole the show.
