Choice & Transparency

And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining user consent. The iOS platform will alert users the first time the Autocab app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let users consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify users of the permissions that the Autocab app seeks before users first use the app, and a user’s use of the app constitutes their consent.

Users may request that Autocab:
Provide them with a detailed explanation regarding the information Autocab has collected about them and how it uses that information.
Receive a copy of the information Autocab has collected about them.
Request correction of any inaccurate information that Autocab has about them.
Users can make these requests by contacting Autocab here.

Users can also edit the name, phone number and email address associated with their account through the Settings menu in Autocab’s Passenger Apps. Users can also look up their previous bookings through the settings menu.
