  As a Sales Administrator, you will report to our Sales Manager to support Autocab with our key business objectives by providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth-running, daily operations of the sales function. You'll be involved in the coordination and implementation of sales procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service and business best practices. Job Responsibilities

  • Raising contracts and quotations for customers
  • Handling customer queries and requests via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining client records, sales data and producing reports
  • Manage internal processes with other departments
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Supporting the Sales Team and other departments with data driven tasks and projects
  • General office duties
  • Calendar scheduling and diarising events
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments to create fluent well managed processes
  • Manage customer cancellations
  • Suggestive selling of other products/services with existing clients and inbound enquiries.
  • Taking the lead on sales administrative projects and tasks


Qualifications / Skills

If you meet the qualifications and skill set below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • 5 A*- C GCSE or Equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Be able to communicate with people on multiple levels
  • Understanding of numeric data with a good attention to detail
  • Previous experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to work on own initiative, use common sense approach and prioritise workload
  • Enthusiastic and a team player
