The Pre-sales field application engineer will collaborate with the sales team by acting as the technical expert in all pre sales activity, i.e. customer presentations/demonstration, Q&A's, Pre sale gap analysis and proposals. In addition, they will determine the technical requirements needed in order for a customer to 'go live' on the Autocab solution and act as liaison between the Autocab's sales team, onboarding, R&D and product management groups. They will also be responsible for responding supplying the technical details of proposed solutions to the client, and handling any technical questions asked by the customer. They must then coordinate the technical transition between sales and onboarding once contracts have been awarded, and ensure both teams are fully aware of any technical customer requirements.

Core Working Hours

9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
