Responsibilities

As the iGo Admin Assistant, you will report to our Head of Product Delivery to support Autocab with our key business objectives by providing exceptional administrative support to our iGo Operations and Compliance teams, ensuring the smooth-running, daily operations of the function. You'll be involved in the coordination and implementation of procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Chasing contracts and documentation from customers
  • Handling customer queries and requests via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining client records, data and producing reports
  • Manage internal processes with other departments
  • Supporting the iGo Operations and Compliance Teams and other departments with data driven tasks and projects
  • General office duties
  • Calendar scheduling and diarising events
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments to create fluent well managed processes
  • Taking the lead on administrative projects and tasks

Qualifications

If you meet the qualifications and skill set below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • 5 A*- C GCSE or Equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Be able to communicate with people on multiple levels
  • Understanding of numeric data with a good attention to detail
  • Previous experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to work on own initiative, use common sense approach and prioritise workload
  • Enthusiastic and a team player

Core Working Hours

  • 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
