1st Line Technical Support

We are looking for a 1st Line Support technician to join a busy service desk where customer care is our priority and there are opportunities to grow and excel within the business. This role will suite someone who enjoys a challenging environment and can provide high-level customer service over different mediums. You will gain experience in providing platform and technical support of our bespoke software applications.


  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Remotely connecting to customers site to provide training/support
  • Training users on functionality of all products
  • Logging calls and escalating to 2nd line/3rd line as per SLA’s
  • Provide Autocab customers with a point of ownership throughout the duration of a support call, ensuring that the customer is kept up-to-date
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge in line with Product development

Skills & experience:

  • Degree educated or similar qualification or relevant experience
  • Passionate about quality customer service and have a problem-solving mindset
  • A passion to learn and develop
  • Desire to learn new technology and data
  • Can prioritise, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbally
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively
  • Positively contribute ideas and feedback to help the team grow
  • Due to the nature of the role, it is important for you to be punctual, adaptable, and flexible to ensure that issues get resolved within the required timeframe
