The International Marketing Manager at Autocab will be responsible for helping implement Autocab’s international product marketing strategy and have a pivotal role in helping the organisation to cement our place as the global market leader in taxi booking, dispatch and marketplace. The successful candidate will partner with sales, product management, R&D, onboarding and customer care, obsess over the customer experience, and help scale our business.

This position will require 2-3 days per week at our Manchester offices, once it is safe to do so.

What will you be doing?

As the International Marketing Manager, you will develop, launch and manage quarterly marketing plans, inclusive of digital, social, PR, influencer and content – covering target countries across the Americas, EU, Middle East and APAC. You will also create an Operator toolkit for each key product/country launch being sure to include assets, marketing plans, product details, etc. The role works closely with our PR and Digital Marketing agencies to develop and execute strong marketing, PR and influencer strategies and plans.

The ideal candidate is someone who embraces Autocab’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. You need to be someone who can work collaboratively, bringing 4+ years experience developing multifaceted in-country marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition – if that experience is in the SaaS/mobility space, that’s a significant plus. We are also looking for someone who is able to work in fast-paced environments, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure.

Finally, the ideal hire will be someone who has the ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas with a discerning brand eye and can act resourcefully to seek out the best ways to build the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch and manage quarterly marketing plans for key international target countries. Plans to include digital, social, PR, influencer and content.
  • Create an Operator toolkit for each key product launch. Toolkit to include assets, marketing plans, product details, etc.
  • Work with our PR & Digital agencies to develop and execute strong marketing, PR and influencer strategies and plans.
  • Support the agencies with day-to-day requests including product and image needs, product marketing calendars, press releases, content approval, brand events and more.
  • Liaise with in-country resources, customers and regulatory bodies to understand the unique local challenges and opportunities
  • Brief our creative team for on-going marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with our Product Management, R&D, Sales and Onboarding teams to create cohesive product launch strategies and 360 plans.
  • Create monthly KPI reports by territory/country.
  • Monitor and report on competitive brand activity across the Americas, Middle East, EU & APAC.

 

Must Have’s

  • BA or BS required. CIM qualifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience developing multifaceted international marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition
  • SaaS/Mobility industry background strongly preferred
  • International experience essential
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure
  • Bias towards bold action, and can execute with speed and quality
  • Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas with a discerning brand eye
  • Ability to organize, prioritise, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints
  • Must be team-oriented, responsive, comfortable collaborating and driving integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey thoughts clearly and to present with poise and confidence
  • Ability to act resourcefully and seek out ways to better the brand
  • Keen ability to develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans
