Job Description and Application Form

Responsibilities:

Your key deliverables:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Keeping abreast of the latest products and develop a robust technical knowledge of the company’s products, to aid customers with their selections
  • Working internally with different departments to ensure sales tools and messaging is consistent and up to date
  • Provide customers with quotations and product information as per requests of incoming enquiries
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to increase upsell potential
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the demand of global customer base
  • Identify possible cross-sell or up-sell sales opportunities through questioning and work with sales to deliver appropriate solution
  • Carry out such tasks as directed to meet the needs of the business.

Sales and Channel Development:

  • Externally with customers
  • Internally with Sales Manager, Customer Care, Finance and other departments

 

Candidates should have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Ideally some internal sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated & confident in using initiative
  • B2B customer service experience would be ideal
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
