Changing the game for Metro Cars

Metro Cars, a family run taxi firm based in Harlow, have been in the business for over 25 years.

Initially a 20-30 car firm, Metro installed the Autocab system back in the nineties, and now have over 100 cars across Harlow; a move which they say “changed the game for them”.

With Passenger App, Phantom, Ghost Cloud and Driver Companion, Metro have installed a full suite of Autocab products which are easy to use, feature rich and have allowed the company to scale up over the past 20 years.

And their drivers love the software too! Initially sceptical about the implementation of Driver Companion and how to use the new software, the move has allowed them to receive more information about jobs, improved bookings and improved reliability.

Likewise, their move to a premium Passenger App has grown their downloads from 100 to 10,000, improved automation and saved their operators valuable time.
