Remove the need for clunky hardware and improve your ability to work remotely with our brand new Softphone. ​​​​Available on the latest version of Autocab 365 Booking and Dispatch, Softphone provides you with the ability to make calls over the internet via your computer and provides an effective back-up or replacement for your existing hardware-based phones.

With easy to use shortcuts, Softphone provides you with a fully integrated online phone, which will automatically update according to your call status.

Please note: you will need to latest version of Autocab 365 Booking and Dispatch and Phantom Cloud to access Softphone. If you're an existing Autocab customer and would like to access Softphone, contact our DevOps team.
