Passenger trips have taken a nosedive over the past few months. Despite this we’ve seen our customers rise to the challenge to find new and innovative ways to create, nurture and grow demand during the most difficult trading conditions in living memory. From discounted trips for NHS staff to arranging emergency food parcels, the private hire trade has shown the nation that it is an integral part of the local community, a lifeline for our most vulnerable and part of the very fabric of society with drivers going above and beyond to fulfil jobs.

We’ve also seen a seismic shift in demand for home delivery – whether that be orders from restaurants or from garden centres, corner shops or bakeries – demand for delivery is stratospheric and offers private hire operators a lucrative new market to enter, now and in the future.
