Take More Income with Autocab

“We now take more work and more income with Autocab”

Queens Cars in Leicester have recently upgraded their booking and dispatch system from pen and paper (voice) to Autocab’s data dispatch system and Zeta mobile data terminal. Many Taxi companies are now abandoning voice systems in favour of Autocab’s more manageable and productive data system. Martin Ryan, who is a controller at Queens Cars, has over twenty years experience in the taxi industry talked to us about why they have decided to upgrade and the difference between using data and the old pen and paper (voice system). He also commented on why they had chosen Autocab ahead of the other systems on the market…

“Autocab is the most user friendly system on the market”

“…At first we were very sceptical about a new computerised dispatch system but we knew if we wanted to expand we were going to need one. We were researching each system available on the market when we saw a publication from Autocab describing success stories from other users. We were amazed with the range of products and features available and the possibilities that would come with them, but most of all, we were impressed with how user friendly it is….

…since upgrading to data the first benefit we have noticed is that the offices and cabs are much quieter which makes it a less stressful place to work. Previously we would have drivers shouting over the radio to compete for jobs. It was so noisy that it was difficult to hear other callers on the phone…

“Autocab improves efficiency by saving on fuel and time”

has brought is a big improvement in business efficiency. There has been a significant reduction in fuel cost and the time taken getting from one job to the next has also decreased. This is because drivers are getting jobs allocated close to their actual position saving them time. They can now do more jobs in the same shift so their earnings have increased…

…with Autocab we now have more potential than ever before…”
