On Time Cars, Birmingham grow by 43% in one year with Autocab
Right On Time with Autocab
On Time Cars, Birmingham, were established in 1986 in Sheraton and after five years they relocated to Tyseley and they are proud to have served their regular customers in this area for over 25 years. During this period On Time Cars had been operating on a voice system with a fleet of nearly 70 cars. This was becoming very problematic as it was very difficult to manage a fleet of that size on a voice system and owner, Mr Pervez Kahn, had ambitions of further expansion. In 2008 he decided to upgrade to Autocab and installed the Omega data terminals which have been very popular amongst his drivers. In fact the feed back from his drivers regarding the performance of the Omega MDT and the Autocab system overall has been extremely positive. News of the ecstatic drivers has travelled fast, which has led to a rapid influx of new drivers, leaving Mr Pervez delighted with his company’s progress. Installation was complete in two days
“…at first we were a little sceptical of a new system and a new data terminal as advanced as the Omega, we knew there was going to be a settling in period which we may have found difficult, but this was short lived. The installation went exceptionally well and was complete within two days. The support behind Autocab is outstanding and we are extremely happy about the service we have received. There has not been a single issue left unresolved. Each and every department has performed superbly for us and has helped our business get to where we are now. We have come a long way in a short space of time…”
“Despite the credit crunch we are still expanding”

Since we installed Autocab we have gained over 30 drivers taking our fleet past 100 in less than a year which we are very proud of. We are very excited about the future and our aim is to gain another fifty drivers over the next five months. This will take our fleet over 150 and we are very optimistic about this target…”
