By inserting a coin (refunded against the taxi fare) the customer receives not only a ticketed confirmation of booking, but also an estimated time to pick-up. You can even have a slot for a customer 'loyalty' card. Using PMR radio on your existing frequency or with GPRS, the unit is vandal-proof and can be mounted almost anywhere.
